WiscMed Wispr Digital Otoscope

The Wispr® otoscope from WiscMed® is a general-purpose digital medical device used by clinicians and healthcare professionals that displays real-time camera images of patient ear canals. The primary user interface is a touch screen display and uses a single button for image and video capture, stored for future review.

Wiscmed®, a startup company, looked to Pivot as the manufacturer of its game-changing product. We engaged our global supply chain team for electronic and custom mechanical components. We provided Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback to the design authority to make improvements to the product. Pivot now provides manufacturing, fulfillment, and repair functions for Wispr® in line with its ISO 13485 medical procedures.
